broken television hot tap
the staff were friendly, AND helpful.
the television in the room did not WORK. i noticed issues i reported a year prior remained unaddressed which was disappointing. also, the hot tap wasn't working.

spacious room powerful shower
The room was quite spacious. i especially liked the powerful shower.. it was very refreshing. breakfast was a highlight too. Sarah and suzzie were so lovely and made sure everything was spot on.
the decor felt a bit dated.

helpful staff great location
the staff were helpful and friendly the location is great close to the beach i found the room spacious with a new bathroom the carpet seemed a little tired but everything else was good
i noticed the garden area outside my window needed some attention it looked a bit messy

the hotel included a bonus car park it offered plenty of spaces a 24 hour reception was available i could see this gave good peace of mind i enjoyed having these practical amenities.

the location proved convenient, very close to the beachfront. the room included a large bathroom. on-site parking existed, a useful amenity..
i could hear conversations from other rooms. the television lost signal occasionally.
